Elder Hardee Green is originally from Oxford, NC and the 5th of 6 kids born to James Dennis Green and Luster Dean Green.
Pastor Hardee Green currently resides in Woodbridge, VA with his wife Patricia Green of Cuba, AL. They have 3 sons: Hardee Daronta’ Green, Lawrence Gabriel Green, and Jonathan Michael Green. He was educated in the public school system in Granville County, and attended J.F. Webb High School, Oxford, NC. He continued his education at NC A&T State University, Greensboro, NC where he received a B.S. Degree in Education (Cum Laude) and was commissioned a 2LT (distinguish graduate) in the Regular Army through the ROTC program. While on active duty he received a Masters Degree in Education from Alabama A&M University, Normal AL (Huntsville).
He is a soldier in two armies, serving for the past 27 years in the United States Army active duty. He’s traveled worldwide on different assignments starting as a Second Lieutenant and working his way up where he currently holds the rank of Colonel.
Pastor Green met his Father (Jesus Christ) at an early age attending Vernon Hill Baptist Church, where his grandmother (Wardean Green) would take him to church. He left the church in his teenager years until the age of 24 then he “Repented of his Sins” and came back to the Lord in October 1989 while attending the Gospel Service in Babenhausen, Germany. He rededicated his life back to Christ and began to serve his Father (the Lords Army) for the past 24 years. Pastor Green served faithfully as a Christian brother serving under Dr. Terrell Harris Jr, Pastor, True Light COGIC, Huntsville AL; he received his certificates of ordination to the call of Deacon, March 1998 serving under Pastor Charles Burr, Pastor Abundant Life COGIC (Kitzingen, Germany); certificate of ordination to Minister, December 17, 2000 serving under Superintendent Robert Tramil, Pastor, House of Praise COGIC; certificate of ordination to Elder, August 12, 2004 serving under Superintendent Dr. Melvin Austin, Pastor New Bethel COGIC, certificate of ordination to Pastor, July 10, 2011 serving under Overseer Vance Oldes, Senior Pastor, Liberty House International Ministries, and currently certificate of ordination as Pastor and Founder, True Light Ministry, 20 April 2013.
